Hold Fast, He Knows, He Answers

Since then we have a great high priest who has passed through the heavens, Jesus, the Son of God, let bus hold fast our confession. For we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but one who in every respect has been tempted as we are, yet without sin. Let us then with confidence draw near to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need. Hebrews 4:14-16 (ESV).

Dear Lord Jesus, you know my weaknesses and strengths. You want me to talk with you my deepest concern for nothing can be hidden from you. Today, I confess every fear and anxiety to you asking for your grace to overcome them. Let your peace fill my heart as I receive your mercy. I am holding fast my confession and confidence in you for you are my great high priest and are always there for me. Thank you Lord. I feel your strength upon me. I give you praise my gracious Lord. In your mighty name I pray.
