A Life Of Purpose, Hope, Worship and Obedience

When they saw the star, they rejoiced exceedingly with great joy. And going into the house they saw the child with Mary his mother, and they fell down and worshiped him. Then, opening their treasures, they offered him gifts, gold and frankincense and myrrh. And being warned in a dream not to return to Herod, they departed to their own country by another way. Matthew 2:10-12 (ESV).

Dear Heavenly Father, the exceedingly joy of finally seeing Jesus and giving reverent worship to Him by the wise men must be the greatest moment in all of their life experiences. It seems like everything that their heart pursued and wanted is completely fulfilled and indeed overflowing. You speak to them throughout their journey of hope, purpose, worship love, and obedience. Father let this desire to experience a life of true worship and reverent obedience be a daily pursuit. May I draw closer to you and walk with you, as you reveal more of yourself to me. In Jesus' precious name I ask and pray.
