A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another: just as I
have loved you, you also are to love one another. By this all people will know that you are my
disciples, if you have love for one another.” John 13:34-35 (ESV).
Lord Jesus, I experience agape love every day since the day my sins were
forgiven and you came into my life as my Lord and Saviour. Amazing and awesome is your selfless,
unconditional and sacrificial love for me and every human soul. Help me to love
you the way you love me, and to truly love my brothers and sisters in the Body
of Christ that the world may know we belong to you. Saturate me Lord with this
wonderful and powerful agape love of God so that my heart will always be
compassionate to reach out to everyone that crosses my path daily according to
your divine arrangement. In Jesus’ name I pray.
