It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh is no help at all. The words that I have spoken to you are spirit and life. John 6:63 (ESV).
Dear Lord Jesus, I hear your voice when I read the inspired, holy Word of
God every morning. It is indeed spirit
and life to my soul. Your sweet, gentle
voice refreshes my inner being. Lord, may I learn to walk in the Spirit trusting
your guidance as I go about doing the daily activities. May I experience the joy of obedience and
touch those who are spiritually hungry and thirsty along the way. In the mighty name of Jesus I pray.
