Then will appear in heaven the sign of the Son of Man, and then all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with and great glory. Dear Lord Jesus this scriptural passage is awesome, powerful and indeed beyond my imagination, as I ponder on your eventual entrance to earth which shall be in power and great glory! Lord you are coming to gather everyone who belongs to you for yourself, so that this union as promised, shall be once and for all, eternal and forever. Let this marvelous truth inspire me to live responsibly with everything you have entrusted me. May I be a good steward. As I continue to meditate on this promise of your return, Holy Spirit, teach me, guide me and empower me as light of the world and salt of the earth, so that I shall not lose sight of this promise. Thank you Jesus and in your precious name I give thanks and praise.

Deeply Rooted And Grounded In Christ
Then if anyone says to you, ‘Look, here is the Christ!’ or ‘There he is!’ do not believe it. For false christs and false prophets will arise and perform great signs and wonders, so as to lead astray, if possible, even the elect. Matthew 24:23-24 ESV.
Dear Heavenly Father as the world events unfold, it is getting clearer that the days are evil and many hearts are turning cold towards the truth of Christ's love. Your Word serves to remind me that my faith has to be deeply rooted and grounded in Christ. Though temptations are getting more subtle and trials more unexpected, your Word shall always be the lamp upon my feet and the light to my path. Father I pray for an increase in the ability to discern the spirit of deception, falsehood and lies. I trust in your power to sustain me and your grace to strengthen me, as I keep walking in your light and abiding in your love. In Jesus' precious name I pray.

God's Love In Me Shall Withstand All Things Till Christ's Return
And because lawlessness will be increased, the love of many will grow cold. But the one who endures to the end will be saved. And this gospel of the kingdom will be proclaimed throughout the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come. Matthew 23:12-13 ESV.
Dear Heavenly Father many things are bringing fears, worries and confusions while living in this era of human history. My desire is to keep abiding in your love and obey your Word daily. Father let my faith be simple and heart pure as I turn my eye upon Jesus and look into His marvelous face for strength each day. I pray that my heart will not turn cold towards people particularly those who are difficult to love and challenging to accept. May the joy of the Lord strengthen me to walk in your love. In Jesus' joyful name I pray.

Let today, a beautiful Friday, be a blessing to everyone whom i shall be interacting. May your divine love, a precious heavenly gift, be uniquely experienced by all. Lord i commit this wonderful day into your guiding hand. May every task be done and every person spoken to glorify you. In your precious name i ask and pray.

God Sees The Heart
Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you tithe mint and dill and cumin, and have neglected the weightier matters of the law: justice and mercy and faithfulness. These you ought to have done, without neglecting the others. Matthew 23:24 ESV.
Dear Heavenly Father I know that nothing escapes your sight for you see and know what is in my heart. May my heart experience these truths about justice, mercy and faithfulness, and exercise them especially toward those who are physically and mentally challenging. Father remember these people who are disadvantaged, underprivileged and marginalised. Grant them strength to face many challenges every day. As you bring them to cross my path this week, may my eyes be open to recognise them and share God's love with them in practical ways. Thank you for listening to my prayer. In Jesus' name I pray.

Kingdom Of Heaven Is Real

Dear Heavenly Father many many still have not known you, let alone entering into the Kingdom of Heaven. I pray for an increase of your love in me as I seek to reach out to those who will be perishing - my family members, relatives, friends and colleagues. Let your divine love soften their hardened heart and may they respond to your great mercy. Help me to be steadfast and focused in carrying out the Great Commission and to be the channel to usher them into your eternal Kingdom. Holy Spirit may I be sensitive to your leading as you empower me to be an effective witness for Christ. In Jesus' blessed name I pray and give thanks.

Heart Of A True Servant Is The Humility Of Christ
The greatest among you shall be your servant. Whoever exalts himself will be humbled, and whoever humbles himself will be exalted. Matthew 23:11-12 ESV.
Dear Heavenly Father this morning i am hearing you saying that big names, connections, networking and the likes are but mere fleshy means to worldly success and greatness, if the humility of Christ is absent in my heart. I desire to be your true servant Father. Let me learn the deeper meaning as well as experience this important revelation of your living Word. May i have the opportunity to put into practice this truth today. In Jesus' awesome name i pray.
