I Have To Beware Of The Weeds

Let both grow together until the harvest, and at harvest time I will tell the reapers, Gather the weeds first and bind them in bundles to be burned, but gather the wheat into my barn.'" Matthew 13:30 ESV.

Dear Heavenly Father this parable reminds me of two important spiritual truths. There will be a final day of judgment when I will be eventually entering into your mighty presence and see you face to face. Also, while awaiting for this day to come I will have to beware of false teachers surrounding and bombarding me daily with all kinds of deception. Father I need your protection and providence while walking with you in this endtime period. In Jesus' name I pray.

God's Word Is The Source Of Fruitfulness

As for what was sown on good soil, this is the one who hears the word and understands it. He indeed bears fruit and yields, in one case a hundredfold, in another sixty, and in another thirty." Matthew 13:23 ESV.

Dear Heavenly Father I find strength in feeding your living Word in my spirit. Through hearing your voice, I experience the love of God, the grace of Jesus and the communion of the Holy Spirit. May I continue to let your Word be the lamp upon my feet and the light unto my path. In Jesus' name i pray.

May I Bear Fruits To The Fullest

Other seeds fell on good soil and produced grain, some a hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty. He who has ears, let him hear." Matthew 13:8-9 ESV

Dear Heavenly Father I have because you give, and I am because of Jesus. You have done in the past for me and are still doing a work in me. May the work you are empowering me to do and to complete falls on good soil so that it shall produce fruits to the fullest and lasts for eternity. I commit my life to you afresh in yet another meaningful week. In Jesus' name I pray.

God Has A Definite Will For Me

And stretching out his hand toward his disciples, he said, "Here are my mother and my brothers! For whoever does the will of my Father in heaven is my brother and sister and mother." Matthew 12:49-50 ESV.

Dear Heavenly Father am I living according to your perfect will? Help me to take a moment today and do a reality check in my spirit to know if I am walking with you wholeheartedly and truly am doing your will in every area of my life. Lord Jesus, I am called as your brother. Thank you Lord. May I love you daily and walk in your love and build myself up in the holy most faith given by you. I give you thanks and praise in Jesus' holy name.

Only You, Lord, Could Do It For Me

For just as Jonah was three days and three nights in the belly of the great fish, so will the Son of Man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth. Matthew 2:40 ESV.

Dear Lord Jesus this greatest event came and went without fanfare, but it has to happen to save me. No one could or would do it. Only You Lord. May I take time today to meditate and reflect on this deliverance from Heaven. May I also experience a deeper spiritual understanding of this truth and have a closer walk and intimacy with you as well. Lord let me take up my cross daily with joy, peace and righteousness. You Have Him Or You Don't Have

You brood of vipers! How can you speak good, when you are evil? For out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks. The good person out of his good treasure brings forth good, and the evil person out of his evil treasure brings forth evil. Matthew 12:34-35 ESV

Dear Heavenly Father I pray that every human soul has at least one opportunity to make the decision whether to have Christ in his or her heart, as it is evident to know those who know by their frutis. This affirming scriptural verses affirm me that the divine nature in me should and must bring forth good fruits to bless humanity because you have deposited your very presence in my heart, the good treasure mentioned here.  Thank you Father.  In Jesus' name I give thanks.

I Belong To Your Kingdom

But if it is by the Spirit of God that I cast out demons, then the kingdom of God has come upon you. Matthew 12:28 ESV

Dear Heavenly Father I have been delivered from Satan into your Kingdom of light. My spirit has been regenerated by the Holy Spirit and am now spiritually alive to your Spirit.  I know my soul that expresses feelings, thinking and doing are empowered to worship you and do good works as Jesus did while in earth. I know I have the responsibility to take care of my body to keep healthy and be an instrument of healing, deliverance and reconciliation for the extension of the Kingdom of God. Jesus, aware of this, withdrew from there. And many followed him, and he healed them all. Matthew 12:15 ESV. 

Dear Heavenly Father through Jesus' healing work upon the sick and diseased wherever He goes, I see your merciful and compassionate heart towards every human soul. Father I know this world is filled with sins, sicknesses and satanic influences, and I also know that it pains your heart to see many walk away from receiving the forgiveness of sins through the shed blood of Christ.  Help me to be sensitive to your leading as you bring lives whom you have already touched to cross my path that I may be the instrument to usher them into the kingdom of light.  In your glorious name I pray.

I'm God's Most Prized Possession

He said to them, "Which one of you who has a sheep, if it falls into a pit on the Sabbath, will not take hold of it and lift it out? Of how much more value is a man than a sheep! So it is lawful to do good on the Sabbath." Then he said to the man, "Stretch out your hand." And the man stretched it out, and it was restored, healthy like the other. Matthew 12:11-13 ESV.

Dear Heavenly Father this Scripture brings joy indeed to my spirit. I am most prized possession and the highest creation you have made. You also care very much for my physical well-being and with this healthy body of mine I desire to finish the journey planned for me. Father may I truly glorify Christ and make Him known through obedience, love and faithfulness on a daily basis. Let this fresh week be memorable and meaningful as I seek to abide in your Word and in your love. In Jesus' name I pray.

I Have No Condemnation But Mercy In Christ

And if you had known what this means, 'I desire mercy, and not sacrifice,' you would not have condemned the guiltless. For the Son of Man is lord of the Sabbath." Matthew 12:7-8 ESV.

Dear Heavenly Father I need not to have this feeling of not good enough, the lousy and demoralising feeling of not living up to other's expectations. For what you desire truly is Christ's character particularly His mercy and His compassionate heart which are prized above all earthly achievements. In fact to have Christ is to be free, absolutely free, from any baggage from self and bondage by others. Lord grant me a deeper experience of freedom in Christ and help others to experience likewise. I give you all the glory and adoration. In Jesus' name I pray.

I Rest My Soul In Your Bosom Wholeheartedly

Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light." Matthew 11; 28-30 ESV.

Dear Lord Jesus I rest my soul in your bosom wholeheartedly and completely, experiencing your sweet presence. Minister to my soul and let my mind and heart enjoy the divine peace which surpasses all understanding. May my thinking and feeling align with your Word and Will. Teach me to know what it means to truly take the yoke from you and to learn and keep learning from you. May my love for you be pure and simple Jesus. In your wonderful name I pray.

Jesus Knows Me Best

All things have been handed over to me by my Father, and no one knows the Son except the Father, and no one knows the Father except the Son and anyone to whom the Son chooses to reveal him. Matthew 11:27 ESV.

Dear Lord Jesus you know the Father and reveal His Will to me and everyone who belongs to your fold. You know best. You desire me to truly know you so that I can know the Father especially His great mercy and steadfast love for me. Lord I submit my life to you and let you have your way for you indeed know what is the best for me. In your beautiful name I pray and give thanks.

Gospel Is Truly Good News To Body, Soul And Spirit

And Jesus answered them, "Go and tell John what you hear and see: the blind receive their sight and the lame walk, lepers are cleansed and the deaf hear, and the dead are raised up, and the poor have good news preached to them. Matthew 11:4-5 ESV.

Dear Heavenly Father when you touched me I knew my life would never be the same, spiritually and physically. There is true wholeness and my original image created has been restored and alive to you Father. I bring my family members and friends before your throne of grace and mercy sincerely asking you to stretch forth your powerful healing hand to restore wholeness to their soul and body. Let them taste the good news of Jesus Christ in a very special and personal way. Father let your mercy and grace be richly upon them. In Jesus' healing name I pray.

Beauty Of Being A Disciple - A Giving Heart

And whoever gives one of these little ones even a cup of cold water because he is a disciple, truly, I say to you, he will by no means lose his reward." Matthew 10:42 ESV.

Dear Lord Jesus i know that though I have a price tag because of my marketable skills in this knowledge based driven economy, I will only find true joy in giving especially to the many marginalized in the community. Lord you want my heart not to fall short of doing good works that clearly point these people to the grace and mercy of God. May I consciously touch someone needy today through practical love. Thank you Jesus for walking with me, protecting me, guiding me and strengthening me. In your awesome name I give praise and thanks.

I Found Life By Taking up The Cross

And whoever does not take his cross and follow me is not worthy of me. Whoever finds his life will lose it, and whoever loses his life for my sake will find it. Matthew 10:38-39 ESV.

Dear Lord Jesus you are the anchor of my life and always will be. I can only find true meaning of living my life by taking up the cross which you had carried in order to impart eternal life to me. I know this cross is about obedience in you, faith in your Word, and love for you above all else. It may require me to learn to endure, suffer and persevere when face with unfavorable or difficult external conditions and circumstances. Thank you Lord for making me alive and my spirit shall be resurrected to live in your glorious presence throughout eternity. I give you praise Jesus.

No Need Camouflaging

So everyone who acknowledges me before men, I also will acknowledge before my Father who is in heaven, but whoever denies me before men, I also will deny before my Father who is in heaven. Matthew 10:32-33 ESV.

Dear Heavenly Father I thank you for yet another beautiful Monday for it reminds me of your steadfast love and great mercy which are new every morning. In Christ I receive this privilege of an ambassador to represen Jesus, so that His love and mercy shall reach out to so many who are truly seeking for permanent hope, peace and comfort in their life struggles. Father let my words and actions speak clearly of Christ and His love. I know I belong to you regardless of what is or will be happening. May I walk with you faithfully all the days of my life here on earth. In Jesus' wonderful name I give thanks.

My Destiny Is In Christ

And do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. Rather fear him who can destroy both soul and body in hell. Are not two sparrows sold for a penny? And not one of them will fall to the ground apart from your Father. But even the hairs of your head are all numbered. Fear not, therefore; you are of more value than many sparrows. Dear Heavenly Father I know I am assured and again feel assured through this wonderful Word that my soul shall be eternally with you when my physical body eventually decays and returns to dust. Father you do take care of the details of all my practical needs, even as my soul rests in your abiding and peaceful presence. May my faith remain simple and heart pure. In Jesus' joyful name I give thanks again for this morning assurance.

In Tune With God Against Trickery of Worldly Seduction

Behold, I am sending you out as sheep in the midst of wolves, so be wise as serpents and innocent as doves. Matthew 10:16 ESV..

Dear Heavenly Father I do face temptation, trial and testing everyday. Sometimes the path is pleasant and smooth, and at other times it is rough and even threatening. Help me to grow deeper in steadfast love for and faith in you, in both good and difficult times. May I learn more about the meaning of what it means to be in the world but not of the world. Thank you Father. In Jesus' name I pray.

Christ's Love Makes Giving Meaningful And Joyful

Heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse lepers, cast out demons. You received without paying; give without pay. Matthew 10:8 (ESV)

Dear Heavenly Father make me a person with a giving heart deeply motivated by your love in me and for all humanity especially the sick and the poor. May you release the bountiful blessings of Heaven to the downtrodden and disillusioned, the depressed and the suicidal. O Father stretch forth your healing hand upon their sick bodies and regenerate their lifeless souls with this divine gift of agape love and forgiveness. I thank you Father for your abiding presence and daily providence. In Jesus' name I pray.

God's Calling Gives Me Life's Purpose, Plan And Power

And he called to him his twelve disciples and gave them authority over unclean spirits, to cast them out, and to heal every disease and every affliction. Matthew 10:1 ESV.

Dear Lord Jesus just as Peter and the Eleven are called to preach, heal and deliver, I know very well and clear that I am also called by you with a specific yet personal calling. I have indeed tasted your awesome and amazing love, and will continue to do so till I meet you face to face. I know I have a clear purpose of the direction here on earth and a consistent overall plan guided and empowered by the Spirit to fulfill all short and long term missions as the Day draws near. Gracious Lord my sincere desire is to be your loving and holy vessel to bring many, many lost souls to live with us throughout eternity. In your great and worthy name I pray.

Every Need Creates Opportunity For Glad Tidings

When he saw the crowds, he had compassion for them, because they were harassed and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd. Then he said to his disciples, "The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few; therefore pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest." Matthew 9:36-38 ESV

Dear Lord Jesus every human need that exists you see opportunity for great harvesting of souls to be ushered into the eternal Kingdom. Open my spiritual eyes Lord to see the true condition of every soul that crosses my path everyday. Help me to be sensitive to their needs so that they may experience your abundant goodness and great mercy. In Jesus' merciful name I pray.

Leaving No Stone Unturned

And Jesus went throughout all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues and proclaiming the gospel of the kingdom and healing every disease and every affliction. Matthew 9:35 (ESV)

Dear Lord Jesus I ask for fresh understanding of what it means to be a Christian, saved and called as your ambassador wherever I am. To know the deliberate effort you put in order to teach, preach and heal everywhere you go tells me that I do have a sacred calling to be good and faithful servant of the good news being entrusted to me. May I be conscious of this mission and not be absorbed into the busyness of day-to-day work and activities thus missing opportunities to encourage, share, or pray for people around me. I commit this wonderful week to your guiding hand. In your precious name I pray.

Everything Is Done For The Glory Of God

As they were going away, behold, a demon-oppressed man who was mute was brought to him. And when the demon had been cast out, the mute man spoke. And the crowds marveled, saying, "Never was anything like this seen in Israel." Matthew 9:32-33 (ESV)

Dear Heavenly Father your Word today affirms me that Christ's healing and deliverance upon this mute is a right thing to do and His motive is to reveal your agape love towards all men. Father, whatever i do, i desire to do it for your glory, and not to be distracted by external circumstances like applause, acclamation or antagonism. Also, I am joyfully aware of this wonderful peace in me each time I seek to do the right thing with right motive like giving gospel tracts to foreign workers daily knowing you will touch them personally. Let the Sabbath today be another blessed and refreshing time with you and family. In Jesus' precious name I give thanks.

Yes Lord, Heal Me!

When he entered the house, the blind men came to him, and Jesus said to them, "Do you believe that I am able to do this?" They said to him, "Yes, Lord." Then he touched their eyes, saying, "According to your faith be it done to you." And their eyes were opened. And Jesus sternly warned them, "See that no one knows about it." Matthew 9:28-30 (ESV)

Dear Lord Jesus I submit everything I am and have into your trusting arm knowing that your healing touch shall be upon any area in my spirit, soul and body that needs restoration and strength. Filled me Holy Spirit to do the work of God with joy, peace and anointing. May i be a vessel to release your healing and salvation to my family, friends, and the needy. Jesus Knows My Faith

Dear Lord Jesus you are all knowing, all present and all wise for you are God to me. You know what is in my heart and the faith I have in you. This moment I ask that you remember my sick brothers and sisters who need your healing touch. Lord, strengthen their faith in you despite the discomfort and pain. May they look to you as the Source of all healings and keep trusting in your love, goodness and grace. I also want to thank you Lord for restoring my body to divine health. I desire to see this healthy body be used as instrument of your wonderful grace and mercy, and channel of healing and divine health. In your mighty name I ask and pray.

Newness Of Life Because Of Jesus

Neither is new wine put into old wineskins. If it is, the skins burst and the wine is spilled and the skins are destroyed. But new wine is put into fresh wineskins, and so both are preserved." Matthew 9:17 (ESV)

Dear Lord Jesus as I reflect on your Word, I am elated, enlightened and also feel empowered on this fresh Thursday morning. Thank you for the spiritual insight into this wonderful truth in that having you and being with you I shall experience the newness of divine, heavenly life. Exercising spiritual disciplines like fasting is not a meaningless chore, but a privilege and a deep intimate experience when it is done by the presence and power of the Holy Spirit. May I take this day to ponder and pray over this amazing truth so that the joy of the Lord shall be my strength always. In your lovely name I pray Jesus.

Jesus Brings Mercy To The Sick And The Sinners

But when he heard it, he said, "Those who are well have no need of a physician, but those who are sick. Go and learn what this means, 'I desire mercy, and not sacrifice.' For I came not to call the righteous, but sinners." Matthew 9:12-13 (ESV)

Dear Heavenly Father I receive this joyful assurance and great affirmation of Christ's rich mercy towards the sick and sinners wherever they are - In hospital, home, workplace and even on the street. Father revive in me a deeper compassion for them and let your mercy flow through by lips and actions. Help me to be sensitive to their needs and open their heart Father, so that they see and experience Jesus, His mercy and love. In Jesus' name I pray.

My Faith - A Channel For Healing

And behold, some people brought to him a paralytic, lying on a bed. And when Jesus saw their faith, he said to the paralytic, "Take heart, my son; your sins are forgiven." Matthew 9:2 (ESV)

Dear Heavenly Father this biblical narrative helps me to realize the importance of one's faith towards the needy like the sick and poor for through which divine healing and providence can richly flow to them bringing healing, deliverance and salvation.
